Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to my $89 deposit if I decide not to move forward with Invisalign?

That deposit will be credited towards your full payment due for the Data Collection appointment, or fully refunded if you decide not to proceed. There is no risk to locking in the limited time lowest discount.

Is there an extra fee for paying with a credit card?

Yes, there is a 3% surcharge on credit cards. There is no surcharge on debit cards, HSA, or FSA cards, so those are the lowest-cost ways to pay.

Will everyone be approved for the HFD Financing option?

There is a soft credit check that is not reported. Approval is granted to everyone except those with a prior money laundering issue, an open bankruptcy, or HFD delinquency.

How does the insurance payment option (Option 5) work?

$3,697 is subtracted by your estimated insurance (typically $1,000 to $2,000), which equals your down payment, never less than $1,000. Note that United Concordia pays patients directly, making this option unavailable for that plan, and COBRA is also unavailable with this option.

What is included in the Data Collection appointment?

The Data Collection appointment includes your scan, photos, and X-rays, all included in the visit, so there are no surprise add-on fees for this step.

Which payment option offers the lowest monthly payment?

Option 3, financing through CareCredit, offers the lowest monthly payment at $167 a month with $0 down and 0% interest for 24 months, totalling $4,008.
